Our training recommendations are based on comprehensive weather analysis that considers water temperature, air and feels-like temperature, wind conditions, precipitation, swell conditions and UV index. Each discipline (swimming, cycling, running) benefits from a personalised score of 0 to 100% calculated according to ideal weather conditions.

Open water swimming

Our intelligent analysis system evaluates weather conditions in real-time to identify the best training windows for each triathlon discipline.

How are weather conditions assessed for your training sessions?

Short sessions (≤1h): Weather conditions are evaluated only at the session start time (e.g. a 30-minute session at 10am is assessed using the 10am weather data)
Long sessions (>1h): Assessment is made over the entire duration of your session (hour by hour)
Temperature and feels-like: average of each weather reading (hourly) over your session duration
Average wind: average of each weather reading (hourly) over your session duration
Rain: total sum of each weather reading (hourly) over your session duration
Gusts, UV, waves: maximum value detected over your session duration
